Genre- Style, Form, Type
Genre is the style or type of format something is e.g. a film, drama soap etc.
As the producer of a music magazine I am concerned with the producers of the types of musicians that will be put into the magazine as I need it to be engaging my audience. Following from audience one important factor is marketing as I will need it to continue to existence of the magazine and to make profit.
